YIMBA Legal & Consulting is seeking a high-performing lawyer to join our Sydney-based team. The successful candidate will work directly with senior leadership and clients across a diverse range of legal and consulting matters.

We welcome 2–5+ years’ experience and offer autonomy, exposure to high-impact matters, and a hybrid work arrangement with a CBD office in Martin Place. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples are encouraged to apply.

Qualifikationen

• 2–5+ years of experience in general commercial or construction law.
• Ability to provide commercially focused legal advice.
• Experience delivering matters across major projects and government engagements.

Aufgaben

• Deliver high-quality legal and commercial advice across a range of matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreements and project documentation.
• Provide advisory services in construction, infrastructure and commercial contexts.
• Support and manage legal and consulting workstreams.
• Undertake legal research and prepare concise advice.
• Support project delivery including contract administration and commercial management.
• Contribute to business development, bids and client relationship management.
• Engage with clients, industry stakeholders and community representatives.
