Job summary

NAB is seeking a Senior Associate in Melbourne to join the Corporate & Institutional Bank. You will build transaction structures, prepare credit submissions, and analyse financials to support decision making.

You’ll manage customer portfolios, monitor compliance, and work with Client Coverage, Product, and Credit teams to deliver seamless outcomes. You’ll also contribute to process improvements, develop tools and templates, and coach junior staff to uplift capability within the team.

Qualifications

• Credit analysis and financial analysis expertise.
• Clear, concise written communication for client information papers and annual reviews.
• Strong stakeholder management and portfolio oversight skills.

Responsibilities

• Structuring transactions and preparing high-quality credit submissions with financial modelling and due diligence.
• Manage a portfolio of customers with active monitoring of compliance and hygiene requirements.
• Coordinate with Client Coverage, Product, Credit and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Support process simplification, tooling, templates, and training to improve delivery.
• Coach graduates and colleagues to strengthen capability and delivery consistency.
