Job summary

National Australia Bank is seeking a Senior Associate to join the Credit Structuring & Execution team in Sydney. You will contribute to origination, credit analysis and deal execution for Diversified Corporates, while coordinating with Client Coverage, Product Partners and client support teams to drive smooth transactions.

You will monitor client portfolios, ensure risk and compliance standards, and develop industry expertise through research and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in finance, business, or related discipline.
• Well-developed financial modelling, risk assessment and credit writing skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide origination support, credit analysis and deal execution across Diversified Corporates.
• Drive transactions forward with Client Coverage, Product Partners and client support teams for a seamless experience.
• Monitor risk profile and compliance, ensuring portfolio hygiene.
• Conduct industry research to develop sector expertise and knowledge.
• Attend stakeholder meetings to support business outcomes and manage portfolio risks.
• Provide guidance to graduates, interns and analysts.
