Job summary

Bespoke Careers is seeking a licensed Architect for Melbourne projects, delivering across stages from design development through CA. You will manage multiple projects, meet client briefs, and maintain strong client and consultant relationships.

The role requires extensive post-graduate experience, registration, and strong Revit proficiency, with local project exposure and excellent organisation and budgeting skills.

Qualifications

• Requires 12+ years of post-grad experience.
• Registered Architect with local experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit required and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver across multiple projects concurrently from design development to construction administration.
• Meet project requirements quickly and accurately.
• Manage relationships with key clients to ensure briefs are met.
• Detailed programming, planning and budgeting of each project.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively and independently delivering across multiple projects concurrently at various stages fromDD to CA
• Quick to understand and meet project requirements
• Manage relationships with key clients to ensure their brief is met
• Detailed programming, planning and budgeting of each project
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and consultants

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 12years of post-grad experience
• Registration as Architect
• local experience preferred
• Proficiency in Revit is a must!
• Highly competent in Design Development, Documentation and Construction/Site Admin.
• Highly experienced in working independently on projects
• High organisation skills and time management
• Schedule preparation and report writing
• Solidunderstanding of BADs, NCC, BCA compliance knowledge
• Experience in Multi-residential sector
