You will lead design development, produce technical documentation and coordinate with clients, consultants and internal teams, with ArchiCAD as a preferred tool.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years professional practice experience
• Experience on high-quality houses and apartments
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Able to work in a collaborative, non-specialised team environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke homes and multi-residential projects across design and documentation stages
• Work with clients, consultants and internal teams
• Contribute to design development and project delivery
• Understanding of construction detailing and documentation
• Take ownership of projects while collaborating with leadership
