Job summary

• Interpret the external environment and identify strategic risks.
• Shape policy and strategic choices with Ministers and executives.
• Create coherence across policy, delivery, regulation and partnerships.
• Lead a high-performing leadership cohort to move strategies from intent to execution.
• Build coalitions across the APS, jurisdictions, industry and communities.
• Foster partnerships with First Nations peoples and Closing the Gap priorities.
