Job summary

Enemix is seeking aSenior Asset Manager to lead the technical and commercial performance of a growing portfolio of wind, solar and battery storage assets in Australia. The role is Sydney-based with travel to operating sites required.

You will combine renewable energy expertise with strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and a passion for operational excellence to drive performance and implement data-driven processes and AI-enabled tools across the portfolio.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Asset Manager to lead the technical and commercial performance of a growing portfolio of wind, solar & battery storage assets. This is a senior leadership role suited to someone who combines strong renewable energy expertise with commercial acumen, stakeholder management skills and a passion for operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and mentoring a high-performing asset management team.
• Driving performance, reliability and optimisation across renewable energy assets.

About You

• Proven experience managing operating renewable energy assets across wind, solar and/or battery storage.
• Strong leadership, commercial and stakeholder management capability.
• Experience within the Australian energy market, ideally across NEM-connected assets.
• Engineering, project management or related tertiary qualification.
• A proactive, outcomes-focused mindset with the ability to solve complex challenges and drive continuous improvement.
