Job summary

Gough Recruitment SA is partnering with an established commercial property firm to appoint a Senior Asset Manager overseeing a diverse commercial portfolio across Adelaide, including CBD retail and metropolitan assets.

You'll lead day-to-day portfolio performance, manage budgets, reporting and compliance, and build trusted relationships with landlords, tenants and key stakeholders while delivering strategic asset guidance. Australian working rights required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Commercial Asset Management or Senior Commercial Property Management.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with budgets and reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills.
• Current Real Estate Licence, Cirrus8 experience highly regarded.
• Proactive, organised and committed to delivering exceptional client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day performance of a commercial asset portfolio, including budgets, reporting and compliance.
• Build trusted relationships with landlords, tenants and key stakeholders while providing strategic asset advice.
• Oversee lease renewals, rent reviews, outgoings, arrears and contractor management.
• Coordinate maintenance, capital works and statutory compliance across the portfolio.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to maximise asset performance and client satisfaction.

The Role
