Job summary

Gough Recruitment SA seeks a Senior Property Manager to take ownership of day-to-day PM operations for a portfolio of about 130 properties, reporting directly to the business owner and supported by the team.

You will leverage strong knowledge of PM legislation and compliance, plus a SA real estate licence, to lead with a process-driven mindset and drive succession planning within the department.

• Strong knowledge of PM legislation and compliance.
