Job summary

Cast Recruitment is seeking a Senior Property Manager for a leading commercial real estate group to oversee four premium Adelaide assets for a national institutional landlord with strong on-site support from Facilities Managers and an accounts/admin team.

This senior leadership role requires robust financial reporting, lease administration, stakeholder management, and mentoring of the PM team. Interstate travel up to twice per annum is available with a collaborative landlord.

Qualifications

• Senior commercial property management experience, preferably with A Grade/Premium assets or redevelopments.
• Experience managing multi-site portfolios.
• Ability to lead and mentor a high-performing team.
• Strong financial reporting and budgeting capabilities.
• Excellent tenant and customer relationship skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead day to day management and performance of the portfolio.
• Act as the key contact for the landlord, tenants and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong landlord and tenant relationships.
• Oversee budgets, reporting, outgoings and financial performance.
• Manage lease administration, renewals and leasing matters.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Property Manager ready to step into a General Manager role, overseeing four of Adelaide’s premium commercial assets on behalf of a renowned national institutional landlord. This is a senior leadership role with strong onsite support, including three Facilities Managers, an Assistant Property Manager and dedicated Accounts & Administration support.
