Job summary

Experience leading asphalt operations or civil projects.
Proven ability to coordinate crews, plants and subcontractors.
Sound knowledge of Australian standards and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily asphalt operations ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery.
Develop forward works programs with Operations Coordinator and Project Engineers.
Coordinate labour, plant, equipment and subcontractors to meet deadlines.
Monitor progress, flag delays and implement corrective actions.
Lead Project Engineers, Site Supervisors, Foremen and crews to meet targets.
Track costs, labour hours, materials and plant expenditure against budgets.
Coordinate asphalt supply with plants to ensure material availability and specs.
