Job summary

Amazon LEO is building a satellite-enabled broadband network and seeks a Sr. Technical Program Manager with deep experience in ASIC/SOC development across pre- and post-silicon phases.

You will manage architecture, RTL, verification, physical design, tapeout, silicon bring-up and post-silicon validation, interfacing with cross-functional teams including hardware, software, firmware, packaging and PCB. This role demands strong leadership and a track record of delivering complex silicon projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 3+ years of ASIC development experience (RTL, Verification, Validation, or Product/Test Engineering)
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
• 7+ years of working directly with ASIC engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering leaders to create project execution plans for ASIC/SOC development.
• Define ASIC bring-up readiness and test plans with ASIC, communications, EE and software teams.
• Ensure ASIC/SOC development meets schedule, cost, and quality requirements.
• Drive engineering project execution, trade-off decisions, and risk resolution.
• Coordinate cross-functional deliverables with Architecture, hardware, software, firmware, packaging and PCB teams.
• Manage external IP, Fabs, OSAT silicon services and partners to complete projects on time.
