Job summary

Award-Winning Multidisciplinary Consultancy in Cambridge is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to lead and coordinate complex design information across diverse sectors. You will work closely with architects, engineers, surveyors and project managers to drive projects from concept through delivery.

The role demands a degree in Architectural Technology, proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, NBS Chorus and BIM360, and a proactive CPD mindset with CIAT code adherence.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
• Strong working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, NBS Chorus and BIM360
• Solid understanding of technical design and the UK construction process
• Experience producing material specifications and detailed design solutions
• Excellent communication, able to translate complex technical matters for non-technical stakeholders
• Knowledge of Building Regulations, health & safety requirements, and approval processes
• Commitment to CPD and CIAT Code of Conduct

Responsibilities

• Be the technical backbone across a diverse project portfolio
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, surveyors and project managers
• Lead projects from concept to completion across Education, Civic, Commercial, Heritage, Industrial, Fire Safety and Sports & Leisure sectors
• Produce and coordinate comprehensive construction information
• Ensure compliance with design standards and regulations
