This role involves working as an Architectural Technologist to focus on technically complex data centre projects. Success means delivering accurate, coordinated Revit documentation packages, collaborating closely with architects, project leaders, consultants, and contractors from design development through construction.

The role offers exposure to a broad technical environment integrating architecture, structure, services, and operational requirements, enhancing BIM and technical delivery skills.

The role:

Data centres are one of the fastest-growing technical sectors in architecture, and this role gives you the chance to build specialist experience that is becoming increasingly valuable across the industry.

You’ll work on large, mission-critical projects where detailed documentation, BIM coordination and buildability genuinely matter. The projects involve substantial consultant teams and highly serviced environments, giving you exposure to a level of technical coordination that is difficult to gain in more conventional architecture sectors.

This role will suit an Architectural Technologist who enjoys the detailed side of architecture and Revit documentation. You’ll work from design development through construction, resolving details, coordinating consultant information and helping make sure documentation is accurate, coordinated and ready to build.
