Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Senior Architect, Enterprise Agentic Automation, based in Australia. Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade automation initiatives, orchestrating AI agents, business rules, and people to deliver measurable value.

You will own discovery through production, drive architecture patterns, collaborate with stakeholders, and shape delivery practices in an AI-first environment to impact real operations.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in solution architecture or technical consulting.
• Engineering background in Java or JavaScript.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise solutions from discovery to production.
• Strong business analysis and process redesign skills.
• Experience modeling business processes with BPMN.
• Experience with APIs and data integrations.
• AI-first mindset with experience designing agentic solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and use the partner's product and platform.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of agentic automation initiatives from discovery through production deployment and value realization.
• Lead discovery workshops with process owners to assess and baseline workflows and define target processes.
• Define how AI agents, business rules, and human intervention are orchestrated across processes.
• Translate target processes into epics, scenarios, acceptance criteria, and increments.
• Design enterprise solutions aligned with reference architecture and introduce new patterns.
• Coordinate delivery with engineers, managing priorities, risks, and dependencies.
• Maintain alignment with stakeholders and sponsors and communicate progress.
• Define and monitor measurable value for each initiative and increment.
• Incorporate delivery insights into architecture and improving methodologies.
