Job summary

TekFinder is hiring a senior technical leader to design and deliver agentic AI for large organisations. You will lead engineering teams, staying close to the technical detail while building custom open-stack solutions for production use.

Role involves shaping architectures, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with senior stakeholders to drive impactful AI initiatives across multiple sites in Australia.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience designing and delivering AI agent solutions.
• Hands-on delivery of AI agents or LLM production in production environments.
• Experience designing on open stacks (LangGraph, MCP) or similar.
• Ability to explain complex technical work to executives.
• Experience leading engineers and mentoring teams.

Responsibilities
