Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable or credit control, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience reviewing aged receivables and resolving billing discrepancies.
• High level of accuracy, organisation and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Intermediate Excel skills and familiarity with finance ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and follow up outstanding receivables.
• Monitor aged debt, prioritise collection and escalate high-risk accounts.
• Resolve billing and payment queries with customers and internal teams.
• Maintain collection notes and update customer contact details.
• Prepare aged receivables reporting and account reconciliations.
• Support month-end AR activities and related procedures.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls and audit standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve collection outcomes and AR processes.
