Job summary

YMCA Victoria in Mount Alexander Shire is seeking a Senior Operations Centre Coordinator to lead contract operations across four seasonal pools. You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, rostering and timesheets, and ensure daily operations meet contractual requirements, quality systems and safety guidelines.

This full-time fixed-term role offers an hourly rate of 40.07 AUD plus super, with opportunities for professional development and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years leadership experience in aquatic facility operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse teams.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Solid knowledge of risk management and safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and onboarding for teams across four sites.
• Manage rostering and timesheets to ensure adequate coverage.
• Ensure daily operations align with contractual requirements and quality systems.
• Oversee health, safety, risk and environment with the Operations Team Leader.
• Develop facility hire opportunities and manage budgets and reporting.
