We are seeking a Senior Product Manager (UX) to lead the evolution of our flagship products: Chat Pro, JAS, and Tia. This is an opportunity to shape the future of conversational AI and human-centric assessments at scale.

Your Mission: To build world-class user experiences that marry the magic of AI with the elegance of design. Delivering radical simplicity, fairness, and effectiveness in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

· Own and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Chat Pro, JAS, and TIA.

· Set a bold north star for user experience—fast, intuitive, human—grounded in data and behavioral science.

· Lead discovery, ideation, and rapid iteration cycles.

2. Obsess Over UX:

· Be the torchbearer for user-centred design in everything we build.

· Translate complex AI capabilities into seamless, delightful experiences.

· Drive continuous improvement through structured A/B testing, instrumentation, and user feedback loops.

· Partner deeply with Sapia Labs, our research team, to bring cutting-edge AI capabilities to life with explainability, transparency, and rigour.

· Instrument everything. Define and track success metrics that matter (activation, adoption, NPS, task completion).

4. Execution Mastery:

· Work hand-in-hand with engineering, design, and science to ship value weekly, not quarterly.

· Ruthlessly prioritise to keep teams focused on what matters most.

5. Cross-Functional Influence:

· Be the voice of the user in all internal forums.

· Lead without formal authority—bring clarity, momentum, and accountability across teams.

What You Bring

· 5+ years in Product Management with a track record of building and scaling B2B2C or SaaS products.

· Proven ability to drive product growth through UX, data, and experimentation.

· Strong technical literacy—you don’t need to code, but you can debate API design or model selection.

· Deep curiosity and passion for AI, machine learning, and ethical tech.

· Initiative, and bias to action.

Bonus Points

· Experience in HR tech, assessments, or enterprise SaaS.

· Exposure to Gen AI and Large Language Models.

· Background in UX design, psychology, or behavioural science.
