Water Corporation in Osborne Park, WA is seeking a permanent full-time Coordinator - Information Systems to support our Southern Operations team. You will provide expertise across SAP, Maximo, PDAs, and mobile devices, helping field and office users with systems and data processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume operational or maintenance environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using business systems such as SAP PM, Maximo, Grange or similar.

Responsibilities

• Provide first point of contact for system, device, or PDA support across sites.
• Provision and manage field devices, user access, inventories and equipment.
• Assist with rollouts of new field devices and act as a key contact for queries.
• Troubleshoot issues, deliver training, resolve data anomalies and escalate as needed.
• Support scheduling teams with work order management and resource use.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Deliver training sessions and conduct user acceptance testing.
• Log, track and coordinate IT support requests and improvement initiatives.
