Job summary

PVH is seeking an Application Support Analyst to help deliver strategic technology solutions for Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger and Van Heusen across Sydney. The role partners with local and global stakeholders to drive business capability, process improvements and major transformation programs.

Based at PVH Head Office, Sydney, the position offers a hybrid arrangement with office presence and work-from-home flexibility. Two fixed-term contracts are available, ending mid-2027.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a level 2 Business Analyst or similar role.
• Experience with business process improvement, application design and integration.
• Experience with Aptos, SAP ERP, Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, PIM, reporting systems, planning solutions, allocation tools, OMS, and integration tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver business transformation programs within agreed scope, budget and timelines.
• Support requirements gathering, capability design reviews, gap analysis and future-state process design.
• Facilitate data validation, UAT, business readiness and technical training for users.
• Promote IT tools and methodologies and identify opportunities for new functionality and improvements.
• Support project scopes, objectives and detailed project plans with local and international stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to deliver system projects.
• Manage changes to scope, schedules and costs using governance.
• Provide application and technical support for helpdesk requests, integrations and fixes.
• Partner with IT and business teams to deliver cross-functional initiatives.
• Support wider Application Support team and other priorities.

About the Role

Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Planning, Reporting and Retail Applications, you will provide strategic application support while partnering with local and global stakeholders to deliver technology solutions that enhance business capability, improve processes and support major transformation programs.

This role is based at our Head Office in the heart of Sydney CBD (388 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000), you'll enjoy a hybrid working arrangement, working in the office with the flexibility of working from home.

Please note, there are two fixed term positions available:

• X1 Parental Leave fixed term contract ending in June 2027
• X1 Fixed term contract ending in August 2027

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver business transformation programs within agreed scope, budget and timelines.
• Support the team with business analysis activities including requirements gathering, capability design reviews, gap analysis and future-state process design.
• Facilitate data validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), business readiness and technical training for business users.
• Promote IT tools and methodologies while identifying opportunities for new functionality and business process improvements.
• Support the team with project scopes, objectives and detailed project plans in collaboration with local and international stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to successfully deliver strategic and operational system projects.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedules and costs using appropriate governance and verification techniques.
• Provide application and technical support for support desk requests, complex business issues, application integrations and escalated issues, including testing and implementing workarounds, bug fixes and enhancements.
• Partner with IT Technology, Infrastructure, Information Security and business teams to deliver aligned, cross-functional initiatives.
• Support the wider Application Support team as required and contribute to additional business priorities.

About You

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a level 2 Business Analyst or similar role.
• Proven experience with business process improvement, application design and application integration.
• Experience with Aptos, SAP ERP, Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, PIM solutions, reporting systems, planning solutions, allocation tools, OMS, and integration tools will be highly regarded.
• Experience working within apparel, fashion, eCommerce and omni-channel businesses.
• Strong technical capability across APIs, SQL and application architecture.
• Strong knowledge of corporate applications, integration and reporting technologies, data architecture, master data management and governance.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both technical and business audiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative approach with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.
