Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ICT application support experience.
• Hands-on SAP or Salesforce platform support.
• Knowledge of ITIL, incident management and ITSM tools.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, triage and resolve Level 1/2 incidents.
• Engage stakeholders across business units and external vendors.
• Support system testing, UAT and software release cycles.
• Create Excel-based data analyses and reports.
