Job summary

Talent Corp is seeking an Application Support Analyst to support SAP or Salesforce within a federal government organisation. You will investigate and resolve incidents, collaborate with business users and technical teams, and assist with testing and software releases.

You’ll work on Level 2 incidents, determine cause, coordinate with vendors, and support testing cycles, UAT and reporting. Strong Excel skills and ITIL knowledge are valued for success in this hybrid role.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting SAP or Salesforce applications.
• Experience with ITIL incident management processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.
• Excel data analysis and basic reporting.
• Awareness of accessibility and inclusive digital services is desirable.

Hybrid: 3 days onsite per week

• Analyse data in Excel to identify trends and support reporting.

What you’ll bring:

• Experience supporting SAP or Salesforce applications.
• Experience using an ITSM tool and applying ITIL incident management processes.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excel analysis and reporting skills are highly regarded.
• An understanding of accessibility and inclusive digital services is desirable.

Eligibility requirements:

• Australian citizenship and active Baseline security clearance are required.
• Ability to obtain Negative Vetting Level 1 (NV1) clearance.
