Job summary

Talent Corp is seeking an Application Support Analyst to support SAP or Salesforce within a federal government organisation. You will investigate and resolve incidents, collaborate with business users and technical teams, and assist with testing and software releases.

You’ll work on Level 2 incidents, determine cause, coordinate with vendors, and support testing cycles, UAT and reporting. Strong Excel skills and ITIL knowledge are valued for success in this hybrid role.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting SAP or Salesforce applications.
• Experience with ITIL incident management processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.
• Excel data analysis and basic reporting.
• Awareness of accessibility and inclusive digital services is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, triage and resolve Level 2 incidents and service requests.
• Determine whether issues relate to system functionality or operational business rules.
• Work with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues and manage escalations.
• Replicate issues and support system testing, UAT and release activities.
• Analyse data in Excel to identify trends and support reporting.
