• Experience managing and delivering large-scale enterprise IT projects.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies.

• Experience managing executive customer relationships and key stakeholders.
• Experience with IT compliance and risk management requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the Application Modernisation workstream end-to-end: domain decomposition, API design, architecture, and governance.
• Lead the decomposition of a ~30-year Oracle monolith into domain APIs.
• Define and sequence domain teardown across multiple units with minimal disruption.
• Design production, web-facing APIs with versioning that avoids breaking consumers.
• Balance future architecture with pragmatic v1 designs to limit rework and risk.
• Establish end-to-end modernisation processes from discovery to cutover planning.
• Collaborate with AI workstream to integrate discovery with domain design decisions.
• Advise senior stakeholders on architecture direction and sequencing trade-offs.
• Serve as senior technical authority on legacy decomposition across teams.
