Job summary

Bendigo Bank is seeking a Senior Analyst in Financial Crime Governance & Reporting to strengthen executive risk reporting and the MI framework across multiple Australian locations.

You will translate complex data into actionable insights, support governance oversight, and collaborate with risk and operations teams to enhance risk-informed decision making. This permanent, full-time role offers a hybrid work model across several cities.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial crime risk management within financial services.
• Experience preparing executive-level risk reporting and MI.
• Knowledge of financial crime frameworks and governance structures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver financial crime risk reporting to senior management, committees and boards.
• Develop and maintain the financial crime MI framework with metrics and dashboards.
• Analyse data to identify trends, risks and control issues for proactive management.
• Collaborate with Financial Crime Leadership and Operations to ensure timely, accurate reporting.
• Support governance mechanisms and secretariat duties for internal/external meetings.
