Queensland Revenue Office in Brisbane seeks a Senior Analyst - Level 2 to support the Data & Analytics division. This temporary full-time role develops revenue estimates and aids compliance with revenue laws. The position offers flexible work options and a clear growth pathway, with the Brisbane office as the base.

You will build models, enhance dashboards and collaborate with multiple teams to deliver accurate forecasting and insights for decision-makers.

Formación

• Experience with extracting, cleansing, and presenting datasets.
• Ability to evaluate, interpret and consolidate data for reporting.
• Skill in economic, financial or budget analysis is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Build a model in Alteryx to assess revenue impacts of policy proposals.
• Modify Power BI dashboard with revenue compliance team.
• Extract datasets for Royalty or Payroll Tax teams to support operations.
• Investigate unexpected results and prepare explanations for senior executives.
• Update royalty revenue forecasts based on latest data and drivers of change.
