Job summary

Peopleworth is seeking an experienced AI Strategy and Leadership Lead Facilitator to guide senior professionals through an applied AI strategy and leadership learning journey. This remote, fixed-term, part-time role suits someone with senior leadership accountability for AI strategy, investment, transformation, or implementation decisions.

The role combines live online facilitation, executive discussion, learner mentoring, assignment feedback, and active online community engagement, requiring

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience with direct accountability for AI strategy, investment, transformation, or implementation decisions.
• Experience operating at executive or equivalent level.
• Knowledge of Australian regulatory and governance environment for AI.
• Understanding of privacy reform and AI safety standards in Australia.
• Fluent with current generative AI tools and able to guide usage without vendor lock-in.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate live online group sessions linking AI strategy to executive experience.
• Lead regular online drop-in sessions on AI applications and governance.
• Mark and provide feedback on 20–50 assignments per course.
• Foster online community discussions with resources and insights.
• Provide ad hoc one-to-one mentoring to participants.
• Participate in industry panels offering senior-level perspectives on AI strategy.
• Set expectations on workload, timelines, and resources.
• Monitor engagement and identify where support is needed.
• Collaborate with delivery and participant-support colleagues to communicate progress.
• Support senior participant cohort with constructive discussion and evidence-based thinking.
