Job summary

Peopleworth is seeking an experienced AI Strategy and Leadership Lead Facilitator to support senior professionals in an applied AI strategy and leadership learning experience. This remote, fixed-term, part-time role targets individuals with significant senior leadership accountability for AI strategy, investment, transformation, or implementation decisions.

The role blends live online facilitation, executive-level discussion, learner mentoring, assignment feedback, and online community

Qualifications

Senior leader with accountability for AI strategy, investment, transformation or implementation.
Experience engaging with senior professionals and time-constrained executives.
Familiarity with Australian regulatory/governance environment for AI.

Responsibilities

Facilitate live online group sessions connecting AI strategy with executive experience.
Lead online drop-in sessions on real-world AI applications and governance.
Mark 20–50 assignments per course and provide constructive feedback.
Foster discussions within an online learning community and share resources.
Provide one-to-one mentoring for participants needing extra support.
Participate in industry panels to share senior perspectives on AI strategy and governance.
Set workload expectations and monitor learner engagement.
Collaborate with delivery and participant-support teams.
Support senior cohorts with evidence-based strategic thinking.
