Job summary

u&u Recruitment Partners in Australia seeks hands-on AI Solutions Engineers to join a high-performing AI and automation function within a large enterprise. You will work directly with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define AI problems and take solutions through to production.

You’ll design AI applications across AWS, Bedrock, LLMs and agentic workflows, developing Python services and APIs, and measuring production performance.

We are seeking experienced AI Solutions Engineers to join a high-performing AI and automation function within a large enterprise organisation.

This is a highly autonomous role where you'll work directly with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define AI problems, design solutions and take them through to production.

You’ll work across AI applications, automation and agentic workflows, with a strong focus on AWS and Amazon Bedrock.
