Responsibilities

• Own delivery of 2–4 concurrent engagements from qualification through build to customer handoff.
• Translate business problems into prototyping charters with outcomes and exit criteria.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and short build cycles.
• Architect for reuse across customers and geographies; plan handover with code drops.
• Stay current on AWS AI/ML and evaluate GenAI patterns for public sector use.
