Job summary

CrowdStrike, a global leader in cybersecurity, seeks a Senior Product Manager to drive AI-native capabilities in the Falcon platform as part of NG-SIEM. You will guide investigation, detection, and prevention tech, working with engineering, researchers, marketing, sales, and support.

The role is hybrid and can be based in Sunnyvale, Redmond, NYC, Austin, or Toronto, requiring 2-3 days on-site where the development center is established. A strong PM background in AI/ML and security is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience owning product direction for AI/ML, XDR, SIEM, SOAR, endpoint security, and related security segments.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with ability to articulate positioning and technology.
• Curious about new technologies, systems, and tools.
• Proven ability to collaborate with research, engineering, and product marketing teams.
• Strong quantitative and business analysis skills.
• Ability to prioritize numerous tasks and work with remote teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% globally.
• BA/BS in an applicable field; Master’s desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as a product leader for building AI-native capabilities directly in Falcon Next-Gen SIEM.
• Define and maintain strategy and roadmap for AI-native functionality in NG-SIEM.
• Collaborate with Engineering and data science to deliver AI-native solutions.
• Identify unmet customer needs, define use cases, and advance functional capabilities.
• Partner with marketing on go-to-market strategy, messaging, and target personas.
• Engage with sales and support to champion releases and guide direction.
• Conduct competitive analyses and stay updated on competitive activity.
• Work with a team of high-performing product professionals in a collaborative environment.
