Job summary

Domain in Australia seeks a Senior Manager, AI/ML Engineering to lead a high-impact team responsible for pricing models and the AI platform powering product domains. You will set technical direction, prototype approaches, and stay close to systems to ensure robust, scalable solutions.

You will partner with senior stakeholders across products, engineering, marketing, and sales to align strategy and execution, while shaping the platform’s roadmap and guardrails for production readiness.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in AI/ML or data engineering and growing teams.
• Hands-on engineering, from design to production ownership.
• Strong production ML background including MLOps, deployment and monitoring.
• Practical experience with Generative AI in production contexts.
• Solid data stack foundations and cloud fluency, esp. Snowflake, DBT, Airflow, and AWS.
• Experience owning or building an AI/ML platform and roadmap.
• Experience in property, marketplaces, or large-scale consumer data products.
• A university degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and grow a team of senior ML/data engineers.
• Define and maintain Domain's AI platform and maturity roadmap.
• Take end-to-end accountability for pricing ML models and pipelines.
• Own data pipelines, warehouse infrastructure, and datasets exposed via APIs.
