Domain is seeking a Senior Manager of AI/ML Engineering to lead and scale a high-impact team. You will set technical direction for the pricing models and AI platform powering our Australian property data products, while owning end-to-end ML lifecycle and data pipelines.

You'll partner with senior stakeholders across products, engineering, marketing and sales to shape strategy and ensure reliable delivery at scale.

Formación

• Leadership track record—experience in AI/ML or data engineering with several years leading and growing teams.
• Hands-on engineering—design and prototype, persuade stakeholders, and lead to production.
• Production ML depth—production ML systems, MLOps, deployment, monitoring, and cost at scale.
• Generative AI in production—experience with LLM/VLM or agent-based apps beyond prototypes, with guardrails and deployment patterns.
• Data & cloud foundations—proficient in modern data stack (cloud warehouse, transformation framework, scheduler) and cloud platforms.
• Platform thinking—ownership or building of an AI/ML platform and roadmap.
• Experience in property, marketplaces, or large-scale consumer data products.
• A degree in a related field and active community involvement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow a team of senior ML, data and platform engineers.
• Define and maintain Domain's AI platform and maturity roadmap.
• Take end-to-end accountability for pricing ML models for Australian residential property.
• Own pipelines, data warehouses and published data products used by models and APIs.
