Qualifications

• Strong software engineering skills including Python and API development.

• Build and evolve AI/ML platform capabilities supporting training, evaluation, deployment and monitoring.
• Make secure delivery repeatable with versioning, checks and controlled promotion.
• Drive automation and self-service via reusable infrastructure and tooling.
• Lead operational improvement using incidents and performance trends to prevent failures.
• Champion FinOps with cost visibility and rightsizing insights.
• Optimise platform efficiency balancing cost, performance and resilience.
• Embed security and governance into engineering workflows.
• Provide staff-level technical leadership shaping roadmaps and patterns.
