Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in platform, software, cloud or site reliability engineering.
• Proven track record building shared technology platforms used by multiple teams.
• Ability to lead with strong engineering judgement and practical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and engineering of platform capabilities that protect AI apps and workloads.
• Build reusable services, APIs, libraries, and automation for policy enforcement and telemetry.
• Design integration patterns for securing AI traffic, model endpoints, and agentic architectures.
• Establish engineering standards and guardrails using IaC, config-as-code, and automated tests.
• Design capabilities for resilience, scalability and maintainability with AI request paths.
• Lead prototypes and proofs of concept toward production-ready services.
• Establish observability with metrics, logs, traces, dashboards and alerts.
• Mentor engineers and influence decisions across security, cloud, platform and application teams.
