Qualifications

• Experience building shared platform capabilities for AI security.
• Strong cloud native engineering experience.
• Experience designing resilient, observable and automated production systems.
• Understanding of security engineering principles and integrating controls into platforms.
• Ability to evaluate emerging AI technologies through experimentation and prototypes.
• Demonstrated technical leadership across engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and engineering of platform capabilities that protect AI applications, services and workloads.
• Build reusable services, APIs, libraries, templates and automation for policy enforcement, configuration management and telemetry.
• Design integration patterns for securing AI traffic, model endpoints and agentic architectures.
• Establish engineering standards, guardrails, testing, IaC, and modern CD practices.
• Design capabilities for resilience, scalability and maintainability.
• Lead prototypes and proofs of concept toward production‑ready services.
• Establish observability through metrics, logs, traces, dashboards and alerting.
• Mentor engineers and influence technical decisions across security, cloud, platform and application teams.
