Australian Prudential Regulation Authority seeks a M365 Engineer to design, build and support modern digital solutions within a Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Planner, Forms, Viva) and Power Platform. The role blends hands‑on delivery with consulting and stakeholder communication, plus exposure to Copilot capabilities and AI Foundry to enhance productivity and user experience.

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering Microsoft‑centric solutions.
Own and improve Microsoft 365 capabilities (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive).
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services including SAM, Teams admin, Viva Engage, Planner.

Responsibilities

Broad understanding of Microsoft 365 administration, security, and compliance fundamentals.
Build Power Apps, Power Automate flows and integrations to digitise and optimise business processes.
Design and implement Azure‑based services, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, App Services, Web APIs, and event‑driven integrations.
Build secure and scalable integrations between M365, Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems.
Contribute to AI‑enabled solutions using Copilot, Copilot Studio and AI Foundry where appropriate.
Apply software engineering best practices across the development lifecycle (quality, security, testing).
Participate in solution design, peer reviews and continuous improvement.
