Job summary

The HR Ally is seeking an experienced M365, Azure Cloud & AI Architect to lead enterprise Microsoft 365, Azure Cloud and AI transformation initiatives for clients in Australia. The role emphasizes Copilot readiness and adoption, AI strategy development, and architecture design using Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Purview and Power Platform.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with strong Microsoft 365 and Azure architecture expertise.
• Proven experience in cloud and AI transformation consulting.
• Hands-on expertise in Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Microsoft Graph and enterprise integrations.
• Knowledge of generative AI, responsible AI, AI governance and GenAIOps.
• Strong stakeholder management, executive communication and presales capabilities.
• Microsoft certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert, Power Platform Solution Architect Expert or Azure AI Engineer Associate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness, deployment, adoption and value realisation.
• Define AI strategies, maturity assessments, use cases and transformation roadmaps.
