Future Secure AI is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to lead development of agentic AI co-workers and multi‑step reasoning systems. You will architect and deploy advanced LLM‑driven agents that plan, decide, and act at scale, while shaping the platform's technical direction and mentoring growing talent.

You will collaborate with engineering, product, and executives to ensure robust, reliable, and high‑value outcomes for global clients across industries.

Qualifications

• Proven delivery of high‑impact ML solutions in complex environments.
• Strong NLP foundations: transformers, LSTMs, CNNs, topic modelling.
• Hands-on with LLM orchestration frameworks and agent systems.
• Python focus for ML/AI; willingness to engage in software development.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy agentic LLM‑driven systems with planning, tool‑use, and reasoning capabilities.
• Apply ML and analytics to power autonomous AI Co‑workers decision‑making.
• Improve multi‑step reasoning, context management, and agent performance in real enterprise use cases.
• Lead MLOps across evaluation, benchmarking, safety and quality for autonomous systems.
• Define long-term strategy for agentic AI frameworks and scalable deployment patterns.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and executive teams to deliver production‑grade AI co‑workers.
• Mentor junior data scientists and raise scientific/engineering excellence.
