Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Senior AI/LLM Architect to design end-to-end AI platform architectures for enterprise use in Australia. You will own technical design across AI systems, from data pipelines to governance, ensuring performance, security and cost efficiency.

The role requires leading architectural decisions, mentoring cross-functional teams, and continuous research of AI patterns and tools to stay ahead in the field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 2+ years designing & deploying enterprise AI solutions with agentic/generative and classical AI/ML on at least one cloud vendor.
• 2+ years in the Agentic, LLM and Generative AI space.
• 4+ years coding experience using Python.
• 4+ years in coding, ML, DL and NLP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into a technical vision by defining the NFRs for performance, reliability and cost.
• Lead stakeholder workshops to align on feasibility, scope, and expectations.
• Drive technology selection for AI platforms and model serving.
• Architect agentic, multi-agent systems with MPC control plane and governance.
• Design data pipelines, memory services, and RAG pipelines for enterprise AI.
• Mentor cross-functional teams and produce ADRs documenting decisions.
