Job summary

Minfy Technologies in Australia is seeking senior Generative AI, LLMs and Agentic AI specialists with a strong foundation in statistics and machine learning to lead end-to-end Bedrock workflows. You will ship LLM-powered applications on AWS Bedrock or equivalent platforms, design Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines, and mentor teams while aligning technical delivery with business goals.

A deep understanding of prompt engineering, failure modes, and governance, plus hands-on Python and API

Qualifications

• Strong academic foundation in statistics, probability, and LLM and Agentic AI and AWS Bedrock Experience
• Hands-on experience developing LLM-powered applications using Amazon Bedrock or similar platforms
• Experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, including document ingestion and chunking, similarity search, and prompt engineering
• Understanding of LLM failure modes such as hallucinations and grounding issues, and ability to evaluate responses for accuracy, relevance and safety
• Solution Architecture and Presales / GTM experience on AI/ML/LLM/Agentic AI
• Exposure to Agentic AI concepts and frameworks such as AgentCore
• Experience implementing autonomous agents or workflows with multi-step reasoning
• Knowledge of AWS services (S3, Lambda, Redshift, IAM, AWS WAF)

Responsibilities

• Translate business and product requirements into data-driven AI solutions
• Develop end-to-end Bedrock workflows and LLM-powered applications
• Evaluate LLM outputs for accuracy, relevance and safety
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, analytics)
• Mentor team and contribute to governance of AI solutions
• Presales / GTM activities related to AI/ML/LLM/Agentic AI
