Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group seeks a Senior AI Engineer to lead hands-on AI initiatives across business units. You will own machine learning and agentic AI solutions from concept to production on Azure, shaping how the business measures success from AI investment.

You will contribute across data pipelines, model evaluation and productionising AI tools, collaborating with cross-functional and IT teams to deliver scalable, secure AI outcomes for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data science with a focus on machine learning and AI.
• Strong SQL and Python proficiency with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch and scikit-learn.
• Proficiency across Azure AI and app services including Azure Machine Learning, Azure AI Services, AI Foundry, MLOps, Azure Functions and containers.
• Experience building LLM-based applications in production.
• Microsoft certifications for Azure AI Engineer Associate & Azure Data Scientist Associate ideal but not required.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and experience working in Agile environments.
• A genuine passion for continuous learning in AI.

Responsibilities

• Design, test and deploy machine learning and AI pipelines that solve complex business problems.
• Build and deploy Agentic AI solutions on Azure, ensuring scalability, reliability and performance.
• Build Copilot Agents in Microsoft 365 and Copilot Studio for production use.
• Evaluate and select the right algorithms, LLMs, tools and techniques for each project.
• Work with the data team to build data pipelines and source the right data for AI solutions.
• Ensure training data is used securely and anonymously to create unbiased models.
• Own the planning, delivery and ongoing effectiveness of AI innovation objectives, including how success is measured.
• Keep methods current and test new industry benchmarks as they emerge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and IT teams to identify opportunities and productionise solutions.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear visualisations.
• Perform model evaluation, validation and optimisation, and recommend new AI products and tools.
