Your core mission is to design scalable, secure, and compliant AI solutions while operationalising RAG models, agentic workflows, and robust MLOps practices across enterprise applications.

About You:

• Demonstrated experience leading an AI/ML engineering practice or platform in a complex environment.

• Deep hands‑on proficiency with the Microsoft Azure AI stack (Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure Machine Learning).

• Practical experience building and evaluating LLM‑based solutions, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and Anthropic Claude API/models.

• Strong programming foundations in Python, alongside experience in MLOps, model evaluation, and governance guardrails.

• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with an outcomes‑focused, pragmatic approach to AI delivery.
