Job summary

EY Australia seeks a Senior Manager in Assurance Technology & AI Data Readiness to align data governance, operating models and technology strategy with business priorities. You will shape roadmaps for AI adoption at scale and drive value from technology investments across the Assurance practice.

Qualifications

• Strong technology leadership and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience assessing technology investments, budgets and cost allocation models.
• Knowledge of data management, data governance, AI readiness and emerging technology trends.
• Experience working with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Act as the link between Assurance, Client Technology and Finance to translate priorities into technology roadmaps, investment plans and clear governance outcomes.
• Provide transparency and challenge over technology expenditure, budgets and cost allocations, while developing business cases and strengthening accountability for benefits realisation.
• Lead and support AI Data Readiness engagements, facilitating executive workshops, assessing data and operating model maturity, and developing prioritised roadmaps that accelerate responsible AI adoption.
