Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Australia to lead Assurance Technology & AI Data Readiness, shaping technology roadmaps and governance to maximise value from technology investments. The role sits in a hybrid environment across Oceania, with potential flexible hours and options to tailor arrangements.

Key responsibilities include linking Assurance with Client Technology and Finance, challenging budgets, and guiding AI Data Readiness engagements to accelerate responsible AI adoption and data

Qualifications

• Experience leading technology transformation in a large organisation.
• Experience managing technology portfolios, budgets or governance.
• Experience supporting AI, data or analytics programs and governance.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key link between Assurance, Client Technology and Finance, translating business priorities into technology roadmaps, investment plans and clear governance outcomes.
• Provide transparency and challenge over technology expenditure, budgets and cost allocations, while developing business cases and strengthening accountability for benefits realisation.
• Lead and support AI Data Readiness engagements, facilitating executive workshops, assessing data and operating model maturity, and developing prioritised roadmaps that accelerate responsible AI adoption.
