Job summary

Accenture Australia is seeking a Song Data & AI Financial Services Lead to drive growth and client value across marketing and service domains. You will combine domain expertise in Financial Services with data-driven AI capabilities to shape offerings and deliver impactful insights for major clients.

You’ll lead cross-functional teams, guide business development, and mentor colleagues while advancing Accenture Song’s Data & AI capabilities and GTM strategy in Australia.

Qualifications

• 8+ years designing and delivering data-driven technical solutions across Marketing or Service value chain.
• 2+ years leading technical teams to deliver customer insights, personalisation and AI solutions.
• Proven experience driving business development efforts to completion including proposal development, resourcing and costing.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and capability development through Data & AI offerings.
• Lead pipeline ownership and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities.
• Deliver Data & AI advisory projects focused on customer insights, personalisation and predictive modelling.
• Lead programme delivery and end-to-end sales opportunities.
• Contribute to overall Practice strategy and GTM for Financial Services Data & AI.
