Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Technical Architect in the Alliances & Channel Partner Success team to deliver pre-sale and delivery support for ANZ partners. You will lead technical strategy, demonstrate AI solutions, and co-create customer value through Agentforce and Data 360 capabilities.

The role blends business insight with hands-on architecture, working across partners, SI. Experience with enterprise integration and Salesforce platforms is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong and clear communication skills; ability to influence executive audience.
• Experience as Technical Solution Engineer, Pre-Sales Consultant, or similar with Salesforce Partners or SI.
• Experience designing/building solutions on Agentforce and Data 360 or other agentic/data platforms.
• Experience guiding partners in AI technology deployment for business use cases; familiarity with AI tools and coding assistants.
• Understanding of Web Services, Data Modelling, and Enterprise integration concepts; experience with integration tools.
• Hands-on Salesforce declarative configuration and coding best practices.
• 5+ years in a technology-facing role (PM, delivery, consulting, etc).
• Experience creating machine learning/AI models with business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable technical solutions; act as lead architect for customer requirements via partners.
• Build trusted advisor relationships across internal and partner teams; share Salesforce innovations and value propositions.
• Provide hands-on technical consulting; configure and implement Salesforce AI & Data products and related solutions.
• Collaborate with Partner teams and Sales to guide early solution evaluations and planning.
• Educate teams on technical delivery and latest AI innovations; help define compelling use cases.
