RSL LifeCare is seeking a Senior AI Developer to join the Technology team in North Sydney. You will design and implement AI-enabled applications and integrations across the organisation, leveraging Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform to modernise business processes and service delivery.

You will provide technical leadership, governance, and secure development practices, mentor team members, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable

Formación

• Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related discipline.
• Extensive experience delivering AI-enabled solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI and Power Platform.
• Ability to translate requirements into scalable, secure technology solutions.
• Proven design, specification and architecture documentation capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop and implement AI-enabled applications and integrations.
• Lead development across Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and APIs.
• Provide technical leadership and solution architecture throughout the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
