RSL LifeCare in Sydney is seeking a Senior AI Developer to shape AI adoption across the organisation, delivering practical solutions to improve care delivery and operational efficiency.

This hands-on senior role involves leading AI projects, integrating Copilot and Azure OpenAI, mentoring the team and ensuring governance and security best practices, all within a supportive not-for-profit environment.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline.
• Extensive experience delivering software development, integration and solution delivery in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience implementing AI-enabled business solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Azure, Power Platform, .NET and modern software development practices.
• Experience mentoring and developing technical professionals while delivering hands-on delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement AI-enabled apps, automation and custom software.
• Lead deployments across Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance through the SDLC.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Ensure governance, privacy and responsible AI practices are followed.
